Return, Refund & Exchange
We DO NOT ACCEPT return, refund & exchange of certain products, including:

• Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any free gift product and samples.

HK Powder shall not be liable or responsible for loss or damage due to transportation networks (including express and freight delivery), therefore the item(s) cannot be exchanged and/or refundable.

In the event of dispute, HK Powder’s decision shall be final and conclusive. HK Powder reserves the right to determine your defective products.

Delivery/ Shipping policy

• No free delivery service will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges involved, applicable customs duties, taxes, and any other charges that may incur.
• Applicable to single address only.
• For unsuccessful delivered orders, our team will contact you by next day for the re-delivery arrangement.

Delivery Time
The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide quick and efficient delivery service to customers but delivery time may vary because of location of delivery, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). The forwarder that we recommended has no control over and will not be responsible for any delay. Please note that vmask.com.hk business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8, excluding public holidays).
